A scientist's mind, a healer's heart, a mother's humor. Three strands of the same life — each keeps its own shelf.

Welcome to Health & Science

I entered acupuncture school with a degree in biochemistry, trained to think in molecules and lab reports. Then, I found myself studying Qi, Yin and Yang, and meridians: medicine in another language. Traditional Chinese Medicine expanded my scientific training and taught me to see the whole person, body, mind, and soul, catching imbalances on an energetic and emotional level, before they manifest on a physical level.

Here I explore where evidence-based science meets holistic wisdom, writing through both lenses to bridge East and West.

Welcome to Family Mis-Adventures

Life with family is rarely picture-perfect. It's messy, unpredictable, and often hilarious. Here I share the beauty in imperfect moments, and writing about it keeps me sane while raising tiny humans into (hopefully) responsible adults.

  • Outdoor adventures — Stories from the trails, camping trips, and nature's surprises.
  • Parenting humor — The highs, lows, and hilarious moments of raising kids.
  • Relatable stories — Moments that remind us we're all in this beautifully messy journey together.
  • Pet fiascos — Featuring our golden doodle, whose expertise lies in finding mud and creating chaos.
