The body knows the composition of natural foods that Mother Nature provides, not of processed foods. Processed foods do not nourish nor cleanse us, they pollute and intoxicate us. They detract from the nutrients the body needs for growth, development, detoxification and immunity. Our children need nourishing foods.
Non-nutritious “foods” are: all processed foods, anything made from white flour, white sugar, refined white salt, cereals, soda and store bought juices, non-organic, pasteurized low-fat dairy, or lunch meats, most soy products, including soy formula, GMOs.
Somewhat nutritious foods are unsoaked and unsprouted whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds; dried fruits; grocery store eggs; all-natural and organic grain-fed meat; farmed fish; pasteurized, organic, full-fat dairy products; fresh squeezed juices; non-organic vegetables and fruit; and organic nitrite free lunch meat.
Nutritious foods are clean, digestible, offer improved nutrients, and support brain, immune and physical development. Some of them include soaked and sprouted whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds; organic, local, seasonal fruits and veggies; organic tropical fruit; eggs from free-range chickens; pastured/grass fed meats; wild caught fish, unrefined, cold-pressed oils; low-temp pasteurized, organic, grass-fed, non homogenized dairy products.
Super foods are the best, purest and most digestible foods. They are immune boosting and rich in nutrients. These include raw grass-fed, organic dairy and cultured dairy, pasture-fed animal fats and raw butter from grass fed cows, bone marrow, bone broth, eggs from organic, free range chickens, oily whole seafood, probiotic rich foods, lacto fermented beverages, and Himalayan sea salt. These foods are simply unaltered, just like Mother Nature made them. They can protect, regenerate and restore health.
